How to make Poetry

Greetings! I am CrypticTAWOG And today I'm going to explain to you on how to make poetry!

There is a setup of rules for making poetry:
1. No swearing!
Swearing is bad, and you'll get banned for such words!

2. Rhyming is key
EA.
The stars so bright,
I wish to save their light.
Luna my dear,
do not fear.
they glow all night,
I wish to save their light.

Notice the way the words rhymed? in your poem, you wanna make sure they rhyme or it wouldn't be a good poem.

3. Comas (,) and Periods (.)
When it comes to poems you need to make sure the poem has comas and periods, or else you'll get a row of text. without these, who'll know where the sentence starts and where it ends??

4. USE REAL WORDS!!!
If you make fake words in a poem like:
EA.
I have a bucket,
it fills me up with lucket,
Oh, I love my bucket,
I use to do Puket.

that os unacceptable! you can use words that sound like the word your trying to rhyme with.

5. Spelling
MAKE SURE YOU SPELL EACH WORD PROPERLY!
Misspelled words will lead to confusion on other people who read your poem, so try first writing it then go back and fix your spelling mistakes!

This isn't true, a poem doesn't have to rhyme.
Don't exclude free-verse poetry if you want to make a guide on poetry.
