I need to know how to use Gimp or paint.net or both to make a face not be there. As in the head is there, but no facial features. Eyes, Mouth, Nose, Etc, all gone.

This possible? Could I get a guide or a tutorial?

I'm an open book, there are few questions I won't answer honestly, no matter how embarrassing.
