ICM (Internet Controller Manager) is a windows command prompt application. It has to be installed via java. We need java, and batch programmers to program this entire thing up and running. I will instruct all developers what they need to do. I'll explain what ICM is now. ICM is the internet controller manager you hard-core programmers need. Info will be released in the below spoiler. When 0.0.1 (Dev release) Comes out to all the developers, i'll put info below.
