Game Designing isn't as easy as we as gamers thought in fact guess how much code goes into a

Wow that's complicated right? well it LOOKS intimidating but might not be THAT hard to program

and how hard do you think it would be to make these?:



As we know the story of a game is a nessesity but I'm not really all that good at writing a story in fact I think I suck at it badly and all I got is that sonic falls to earth after destroying the death egg but here it is (NOTE: the story isn't finished yet so have a pickle)
Story:
Sonic just landed from sending
the death egg plumeting into the ocean
however sonic notices a shadowy island off in the distance it was south island!
sonic remembers how far he's come from there warped by the 7 chaos emeralds
to the Hilltop islands where he met tails and then went to westside island
and destroyed eggman there later to the Horizon Islands to save angel island
and stop the storm station!
But sonic's little look back is cut short
as he sees eggmans new projects the main 2 codenamed:MECHA REPAIR and DEATH EGG REBUILD!
unaware eggman was working on one of his projects.
eggman however foolishly unaware the death egg sank into the ocean
it all sempt hopeless for eggman untill one day eggman came across an old artifact:
1 of the 7 chaos emeralds
Eggman had an idea "with this i'll take over the world and i'll stop sonic too!"
Eggman unaware knuckles was witnessing it
Knuckles:Not good! I've gotta find sonic and warn him fast
Meanwhile sonic is taking a vation after all he'd been through and suddenly sees knuckles
Sonic Thinks knuckles is there to warn them eggman hasn't learned and is rebuilding the death egg
Knuckles sits sonic down and explains everything sonic zipping off to stop eggman
However eggman dosent know what to do he has 1 of the 7 chaos emeralds but he hasn't EVER defeated sonic
Eggman looked at his robot files he eventually noticed sonic was just BARELY a match for mecha sonic and when
mecha sonic became super he was invincible!

AWFUL!

A forum about the story i'm making for a fan project. Sonic 3 Aftermath is the name of the project and it's stuck because of story I want a story similar to that of BTS,ATS,Chrono Adventure (lakefepperds games) Show. Don't tell. I want people to know whats going on while not including VA or Dialouge boxes Actions thats all i want. but I wrote that story above and absolutely hated it Main point: can you guys come up with what YOU think Happend after Sonic 3&K But Before Sonic 4 Ep.1 And Ep.2? If so i might use that story for the game! because i suck at writing one myself
