Have you ever done something really achieving, and the game froze on you or someone destroyed or ruined something?

On Team Fortress 2, I was playing as a demoman. Then the game froze when I had 30 points in one life.

My game froze when I got to the final boss of Spiderman 3 with no saves.

Every time I try to play Super Mario RPG, something happens right after I beat the Axem Rangers.

Skyrim. I could give many examples, as the game crashes often,but one that stood out was in the Dark Brotherhood sidequest...
