It's called Pikezer's Brawlex. In case you don't know, Brawlex is what makes Brawl modding easier, brawlex has an 80+ character roster, and they're aiming for 100. Pikezer's version of Brawlex is the top download in Brawlvault, it has characters from so many franchises, most of the characters were created by other people.

It's higher than ing P:M

Most of them are just reskins. BrawlEx doesn't allow unique characters, but I haven't modded my Brawl in months, so I could be wrong.

There's a clone engine, and an advanced one for PSAs, I'm not entirely sure though.

It honestly looks fun on the surface, but I know it's not as good as it looks. I know these characters don't all work the way they're supposed to.

BrawlEx is really not worth it. I've played it and it's trash. Real brawl modders make their PSAs from scratch.

I haven't tried it, but some of the characters are mods I actually used to have, so I don't think they're just clones. Some of the stuff there does look dumb, did you see the woody stage and Mickey as a playable character? wtf? Anyways, I'd try Pikezer's if I had the space.
