As some may know, Club Nintendo is being discontinued. Carlos11 made a thread about with video, I suggest to look at his thread for info. This thread will be about some questions people may ask.

Q: Club Nintendo being discontinued. What now?
A: Nintendo will open a new service similar to Club Nintendo later this year.

Q: What will happen to my coins/stars?
A: At the moment, your coins/stars are safe. (With Wario!) But you do have a deadline to redeem those coins/stars. Once the date arrives, your coins/stars will be lost.

For North America:
Redeem those coins by June 31st.

For Europe:
Redeem those Stars by September 30th.

Q: Can I still redeem my coins/stars for rewards?
A: Yes, you can still get rewards. But you have a deadline to get those rewards.

For North America:
Get rewards by June 30th.

For Europe:
Get rewards by September 30th.

Q: Will games download codes from Club Nintendo expire?
A: Yes.

For North America:
June 30th

For Europe:
September 30th

Q: Will I still earn coins/stars for games I'm gonna purchase in the near future?
A: Yes, like redeeming those coins/stars, you'll also have a deadline for earning those coins/stars.

For North America:
Can earn coins till March 30th. After that, redeeming a Club Nintendo code will no longer be possible. Downloading a game from the eShop will no longer get you coins.

For Europe:
Starting April 1st, Nintendo will no longer include Club Nintendo registration cards in their packaged games. You may still find some if you're lucky enough to find one.

April 20th will end the registration of Club Nintendo codes and any game from the eShop will no longer get you stars.

Q: Are we getting our Gold/Platinum rewards this year?
A: Yes, just like last year's, it'll be download only games for 3DS and Wii U games. But the games are unknown.

Q: Nintendo will be giving away Flipnote Studio 3D to Club Nintendo members! But I don't have a Club Nintendo account. Do I still have a chance?
A: Yes.

For North America:
You can create an account by March 30th.

For Europe:
You can create an account till September 30th.

One of the Platinum Wii U titles SHOULD be Wonderful 101. I still don't have that game. XP
