Ok, so there's this kid who always screws up my worlds at school, and I wanna get him back, so I downloaded a hacked client called NODUS. It's been good for the most part, but now I wanna install Too Many Items on top of this Hacked Client/Hacked .jar. Now, I know how to use MCPatcher, but here's the thing... I use windows at home, and mac at school. Would I be able to use MCPatcher on windows and then bring the .jar to my school and run it?

Yes, you can bring the patched .jar to school, but you really don't need to. You can install the mod directly, without MCPatcher.
