Keep: Throws, tilts (except buffed), pummel and Smash attacks (except buffed).

Standard set/1:
Neutral B: Shadow Ball. Does a little more damage than it did in Melee.
Side B: Psystrike. Powerful attack that does more damage based on opponent's KO ability.
Up B: Teleport.
Down B: Barrier

Set 2 (custom):
Neutral B: Aura Sphere. Basically Lucario's without the aura effect.
Side B: Swift. Doesn't do much damage but has good range and hits most of the time.
Up B: Fly upwards. A bit like Lucario's recovery, but it moves slower and doesn't have the aura effect.
Down B: Future Sight. Works a bit like Snake's C4s, except the attack appears from the sky.

Set 3 (custom):
Neutral B: Energy Ball. It's small but doesn't have much charging time.
Side B: Psychic. Does a good amount of damage and is fairly easy to hit. There is quite a bit of ending lag though.
Up B: Psycho Cut. Basically Robin's Up B except with Psycho Cut.
Down B: Double Team. Basically Lucario's Double Team.

Stats:
Weight: 9/10 (This thing is over 250lbs. It needs to be heavier than Ivysaur who was heavy in Brawl despite being about 20lbs)
Speed: 7/10
Attack: 8/10
Special: 10/10
Defence: 5/10
Arms: 8/10
Jumping: 8/10
