Super Smash Bros. 3DS (US) Peach 1 Day Ban Glitch

So i couldn't go to Gamestop to get SSB3DS so I asked my sister's boyfriend to go pre-order it for me. He did pre-order it but he got informed that if you played as Peach in online you will get banned for 1 Day on MiiVerse and banned from online. Whoever will get this game on Oct. 3rd Be warned and dont play as Peach in online till the Bug fix update.

Oh and also the reason for this is because one of the programmers accidentally programmed Peach Wrong

Since you failed to explain the bug further, I'll take it upon myself to do so.

I read from Kotaku that when playing in the "For Glory" mode, the game mistakenly thinks players are using items illegally when they use Peach. Everything "known" as of right now is purely theoretical. It makes sense to think the problem lies in the spawning of items by Peach, but it may not be the actual problem.
