Lloyd show
Up B: Tiger Blade
-A quick upward slash while jumping.
Down B: Sword Rain
-A lot of quick stabs.
Side B: Tempest
-Lloyd flies through the air like a sideways helicopter.
Neutral B: Beast
-A blue lion head slams into the enemy. This attack is pretty slow.
Lloyd has a bunch on normal slashes for his smashes instead of charging attacks. Each direction has a different amout of maximum slashes. These attacks can be interrupted and mixed with others to create combos.
Down Smash: 3 hits. A stab and a spin. Spin attacks twice.
Up Smash: 2 hits. One up in the air, one down.
Side Smash: 4 hits. Basic hits, slower but stronger than normal A attacks.
A-Attack: 4 hits. Basic slashes, faster but weaker than side smash.
Final Smash: Overlimit or Falcon's Crest.
-In Overlimit, Lloyd takes half damage and can't be knocked back.
-Falcon's Crest

carlos11 (2014-09-07 16:04:02)Is this nigga serious?

SackThing101 (2014-09-07 22:16:25)Up + B:
Undecided
Side + B:
Phoenix points his finger in the direction he's facing and say "He will submit the evidence!". Three blue lines will appear out of his finger, but very short. One line will be in the upper corner. the other straight from his finger and the other will be in the lower corner. If a user gets hit by this, they will receive 6%. Cool down time is 2 seconds to prevent spam. Also has a 1/68th chance of stunning.
Down + B:
Phoenix will take a piece of paper (evidence) that's shaped like a "scroll" type of thing and can throw it whenever. This is just like Peach's down B, only it can be used on the ground or the air. There's multiple tipes of evidence. There's normal evidence (5% when hit), crucial evidence (13%, 1/40 chance) and supporting evidence (heals 7% to the player you hit, 1/50 chance). Only two evidences can be inbound before one hits the ground and disappears.
Neutral B:
Phoenix throws papers at the opponent saying "Evidence!". It has three hitboxes (2% for each hit). It can only be used twice for 5 seconds, otherwise, Phoenix will look at the screen, scratching the back of his head and saying "Don't have any evidence..." and receives 2%. It will increase the percent every time you fail to throw more evidence by 2%.
Up Smash
Phoenix will cover his head with his head, acting scared. This is a counter move like Marth's, Ike's, ect. If a player hit's Phoenix while he's in this position, then he will quickly take a piece of paper (evidence) out of his pocket and slap the opponent, saying "Take that!". This does 7%. Has a 1/68th chance of not taking out the evidence, failing the attack.
Side Smash:
Phoenix will read a piece of paper (evidence) while walking in the smashed direction. This has four hitboxes for four steps. Each step, you will take 2%. If you get hit by the fourth step/hitbox, Phoenix will point his finger at the opponent he hit, saying "Take that!". This does 9% with great knockback.
Down Smash:
Phoenix will crouch and get out two pieces of paper quickly (one per hand) and stretch his arms left and right. 6%.
Neutral A:
Simply get out a piece of paper (evidence) and smacks the opponent with it. 3%.
Up tilt:
Like Donkey Kong's up tilt, only Phoenix quickly grabs a piece of paper (evidence) and then does the DK up tilt. It's faster, but weaker than DK's. Does 4%. Great combo tool.
Side tilt:
Captain Falcon's side tilt. 4%.
Down tilt:
Ganondorf's down tilt, but faster cooldown. 5%.
Grab jab:
Grabs a piece of paper (evidence) out of his pocket and slaps it on the opponent's face. 1% per jab.
Up throw:
Put the lifts the opponent up while flipping him upside-down, smacking a piece of paper (evidence) on the opponent's head. 3%, medium knock back to prevent chain grabbing.
Back throw:
Just like Wolf's, but only smacks a piece of paper (evidence) on their face. 4%.
Forward throw:
Just like Peach's, only he smacks the opponent with a piece of paper (evidence) on their face and does not have Peach's knockback. 4%
Down throw:
Just like Donkey Kong's, only he grabs a piece of paper (evidence) and then shoves the opponent down on the ground. 5%.
Final Smash:
Phoenix will point his finger saying "Objection!". Whoever is caught in that hitbox will be sent to a courtroom scene. There, he will start his magic. "You did it!" *opponent receives 12%* "Just admit it already!" *receives 20%* "The evidence is piled against you!" *rapid evidence hitting the opponent* *50%* *Judge hits his hammer on his little thing* *opponent receives 20%* Judge says "Guilty!" *opponent receives 25% and gets blown away*

It can be anyone you'd like. Give them a custom moveset too.
My pick is Bayonetta.
Up-B - Butterfly Wings
Or Madama Wings, I think they're called. It can be used kinda like Meta Knight's, and she can glide with it.
Side-B - Handguns
Can be used like Snake's side-b in Project M. Only her bullets don't tranquilize, but just a normal shot.
Down-B - Quick Dodge
Like Lucario's in Project M, only much faster. No attack during it.
Neutral-B - undecided yet
Side-Smash - Kulshedra
This is a really powerful whip. Could be like Zero Suit Samus's side smash, only much stronger.
Up-Smash - Sai Fung
These are a set of nunchucks if you didn't know. Could be a strong whip.
Down-Smash - Kulshedra
Again, this is a powerful whip. Only this is used like Roy's down smash in Melee/Project M.
]Final Smash - Torture Attacks
This is just a power up off her moveset. It makes her attacks 10% stronger. She is also slightly faster. She is also invincible during the time.
So what'dya think?
Post yours!
