Xbox's Phil Spencer Challenges Reggie @ Ice Bucket

A video Spencer submitted was a challenge of dumping ice cold water at himself and donated money for a scientific research.

As a tradition, the person who completed the challenge must challenge someone else, and Phill's request are Nintendo's Reggie, Sony's Shuhei Yoshida, and Valve's Gabe.

Kind of cool and interesting offering his competitors to help a research.

What do you guys think?
