Yes, get a PSP. Vita's lackster library isn't worth it. PSP actually has better games than the Vita.

Senran Kagura, DOA, Project Mirai, Resident Evil Revelations, Kid Icarus Uprising, Ocarina Of Time 3D, Super Smash Bros 3D, Fire Emblem Awakening, Kirby Triple Deluxe, Code Of Princess, Mighty Switch Force 1 & 2... +A lot more for the 3DS.

Sorry, bro. 3DS has a lot more high-quality games than the Vita.

I agree with Crush42. Just because the graphics are better, doesn't mean the gameplay is better. That's the way it's been ever since that unnamed genius realized bits aren't everything.

Buy a Vita, you can download most good PSP games on Vita.

Anyway, Vita has a great library and is getting a lot of borderline miracle localizations such as Tales of Hearts R. And anyone who says the library sucks has never played Persona 4 Golden, that game is brilliant and worth 4 or 5 3DS games put together. Seriously, it bothers me whenever I see Vita owners that don't have that game. Probably the best JRPG in the last ten years.
