EA officially drops handheld support

BattleField would never work on a handheld, and Mass Effect and Mirror's Edge only got crappy phone spin-offs. So none of their good stuff was on dedicated handhelds anyway. It's not a loss if there was never real support in the first place.

Title says it all, really. EA will no longer be supporting the 3DS or the Vita, focusing on the consoles that 'people will still play in 2017/18.' Does anybody actually give a damn?
The only two games EA ever released that I actually liked were Beetle Adventure Racing! (N64) and 007: Agent Under Fire, and those games are over 10 years old. Since EA hasn't had my interest in over a decade, this doesn't affect me at all, but will anybody out there miss their handheld support? Comment away!
