Major US Retailers No Longer Selling Vita
carlos11 (2014-07-03 00:09:49)The Vita was already done for, this only accelerates the process.

pikarceus (2014-07-03 04:45:46)Reading the source, this seems really hazy. This only seems to being going on with select retailers, Gamestop as a company is not going "let's screw the Vita over." Also, the article points out Sony may not being shipping more stock.
I don't get why everyone hates the Vita, it isn't failing because of itself, it's failing because SCEA is pathetically incompetent at handling it. They're too busy selling PS4s to 12 year olds. Seriously, I love the PS4 but that is probably the current age average of its users right now.
Anywhere, as long as there are games that I want, I don't care. Out of PS3, PS4, 3DS and Vita there are more games coming out for the Vita this year that I want then all of those other systems.

Due to the Vita's "cameo" at this year's E3 and lack of games announced, major US retailers GameStop, Amazon, Walmart and Target will no longer sell the Vita.
However, you can still buy the Vita Boarderlands 2 special edition bundle (which was a pre-order bonus!) at GameStop! Will still be in stock till August.
What do you think? Did they did the right choice?
