I saw a thread like this on 4chan and thought it was pretty fun.

Steps:
1. Go to Wikipedia and click "random article".
That is your band name.

2. Go to Wikiquote and click "random page".
Pick a 3-5 word quote or segment of a quote.
That is your album name.

3.Go to Flickr's "Last 7 Days" page. https://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/
The 5th image is your album cover art.

4. Put your album together on an image editor of your choice.

Enjoy.
