Both of them are good games, with their pros and cons.

And I don't want to get into it because I just finished with my Arma 3 and COD pro-con thing.

An established franchise with multiple games vs a completely new ip with one game. Bad comparison.

But if we're talking Shadow Fall, it for sure has more meat than Titanfall. I haven't played either so I can't comment on gameplay, but Titanfall IS very barebones.
