Ocarina Of Time, by far. Most other games I love came 2000 or after (though, Super Mario World, SM64, Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Country, Zelda 2: The Adventure Of Link, Sonic The Hedgehog, and SML 1 & 2 were also great pre-99 games, but none of them are in my top 5 favourites of all time.)

Hands down, Sonic Adventure 1.

Or, If you're looking for an obscure PC game, Disney's "Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow". It's an Earthworm Jim style platformer that I grew up loving. Google it if you have the chance.
