Uncnarted 2 & 3 are beautiful. Amazing lighting, textures, etc. I mean snow sticks to Drake's body in 2 and same thing with sand in 3. There's a part in 3 where you're in a burning building that's old and rotted, and you can see the rotten wood being slowly turned to ash by the fire. I swear I could stare at those games for hours.

And obviously the Last of Us, as it uses the same engine as Uncharted.

I'd also say Batman: Arkham City. Only HD open world game I've played this gen that doesn't have excessive pop-in. Gotham just looks amazing, especially with the snow, the individual flakes will melt on Batman's cape.
