My Nightmares..

I've been having nightmares lately. You are probably thinking, "What a wuss." Well, go ahead, but let me describe my nightmares to you:
Wednesday, July 17th:
I was sitting on my bed, looking around this very forum on my 3DS, when I found a story about Slenderman. I read through it, and it was your basic story. Slenderman is gonna getcha'. Yay. After reading through it, I continued to scroll downward, I instantly regretted it. There was photograph after photograph of Slenderman. Some with his face drenched in blood, while others gave him a mouth, open wide in a horrendous shriek. I continued to scroll through the photos, getting an eerie feeling the more I saw, and I finally had had enough. I turned of my 3DS and set it down, when I looked up, he was there. Right infront of me. Silent. Intimidating. A mouth formed on his face and he lunged.
That's when I woke up. I still can't tell if it was just a dream or not..
Thursday, July 18th.
I was in an arena for some reason. I looked around, and it looked like a big minecraft arena, with various hidey-holes and such. The cool part about it? Well, I'm Batman. I chased Catwoman around for awhile, pummeling her every chance I got, and then, an announcer sounded. I forgot exactly what he said, but one of the things he said was "Look at the Screen."
A massive screen came from the sealing, and on it, was Jeff. Eating a leg. I won't go into detail of the cannibalism onscreen. (mainly because I looked away and puked) I began fighting again, though Jeff was added in, and it wasn't just Catwoman. Somewhere in the process, Catwoman left, and I was alone with Jeff. Eventually, he stabbed me. He stared at me with his sadistic, insane grin.
I woke up. I still feel nauseous. Didn't go into the gore for the same reason I left out parts of the dream. It would've frightened you.
I've only had those two, and I am afraid of what I might see tonight.. Any ideas on how to stop these? And, what were some of your nightmares?
