Creepypastas aren't all bad. They're just curious. Curious about our world, our way of living, us. But, being the horrific, hideous creatures they are, have a difficult time. I am here to tell you my experiences with these creatures, and how I survived. It's not always easy, searching for them. But when you look for trouble, don't be surprised when it finds you.

Episode one: Slender.

I crept through a forest, third one today, looking for Slenderman. So far my search had been unsuccessful, but hey, it's not everyday you find what you're looking for! I stopped for a moment, searching with my eyes for a glint of white amongst the bleak, dreary foliage I was in. Eventually, after hours of searching through this patch of forest, I found what I was looking for,

A note.

I picked it up, but didn't read it. I didn't need to. I already knew what it said.

You see, I'm well informed on the subject of creepypastas. And, my information comes from two sources: The creepypasta wiki, and Megan. Megan is my Step-Mother, and the way she came about this information is simple:

She experienced it herself. You see, She is the great-grandniece of an emperor of this other dimension where creepypastas are created. I never really believed it, but, I guess I do know. I caught another glimpse of white and rushed over to it, though, this wasn't a note. It was Slenderman himself. I could almost see where the sadistic grin on his face would be, and the torturous gleam in his eye, but as Mom said, He had no face. His suit was starch and clean, and even looked pressed despite the surroundings he'd supposedly been wandering in. I waited for him to move, and He picked me up, and I hoped he was going to teleport me, but instead, he charged toward a tree.

Slenderman will do either one of two things to you: Teleport you somewhere, or impale you on a tree. I, of course, planned for the former, I mistakenly dismissed the latter.

And right now, it looked like a big mistake.

I closed my eyes, bracing for impact. For the impending, (or in this case, Impaling) doom. I slammed into a tree, except, I didn't. I opened my eyes and I wasn't in a forest anymore. I was in a kitchen. An oddly clean, kitchen.. I looked around the kitchen, searching for any sort of clue as to where I was. I was about to take a step forward and examine the toaster, but I felt a hand on my shoulder. I gasped and froze, but, it was different. Not like the firm hand of a father, escorting a misbehaving child. Nor like a lovers hand, reaching to pull you closer. No, this was different. It was calming, familiar, yet firm. It didn't make sense as to why it felt that way, and it also didn't make sense that I gave hands such profound thought, but hey, since when am I normal? I felt a second hand on my other shoulder, and then I was pulled toward whoever was grabbing me. The assailant wrapped it's arms around me and squeezed. It was an agonizing, suffocating, slow..

No wait, It's just a hug. But, who would be hugging me? Nothing was making sense at the moment. The hands around my waist were deathly pale, and the sleeves around the arms were that of a black suit. But, not a mens suit..

A women's suit?

I followed the long arms up to the shoulders, (which were covered in brown, curly hair.) to the pale, featureless face of Slenderwoman. I gasped, nearly fainting from fright, but I realized, her face was wet. Sweat, maybe? No.. Tears.. Tears stained her face! That made me gasp again, because she had no eyes, but they were streaming from where Her eyes would've been. "How..?" I said aloud. "You have not any clue as to how long I have waited.. Nathaniel." A voice said. I guessed it was her, but I couldn't tell. She had no mouth, and the voice seemed to be in my head. "How do you know my name?" I asked. She released me, and I turned around. She was tall, as expected, and wearing a womens suit and coat. Her hair was a tangled, curly mess, cascading down her shoulders. "Did your step-mother ever tell you of me?" She spoke. "No. She never said anything about you. Who are you, anyway?" "I am your great-great-great-aunt." I stood there for a moment, thinking: How am I related to her?

As if reading my mind, she explained. "You see, dear, our son Jerry, is your Mother's grandfather. Or, you grandfather's father." I blinked and ran that statement through my head a couple of times before it finally sank in. "Oh.." I replied. "So.. Is this Slender Mansion?" I asked her, looking around. "Yes, it is. It's home. Feel free to explore if you'd like." She said. I immediately took the oppurnity to explore, and before I knew it, I had ended up in the basement. Knick-knacks everywhere! It was like a massive flea-market all dumped into one spot. I looked around, walking slowly through the room, until I found a doorway to another room.

Glowing blue dust covered the floor, but other than that, this room was empty. I moved on and on throughout the house, simply curious. There were various things in that house that spooked me, mainly the hall.

The hall of Slender.

It was a long hallway, ending in the front door on the side opposite of me, and on this side there was the "Ballroom". The hall was lined with various busts of what I assumed were previous "Slenders". I slowly walked down the hall, gazing at every single one of those lifeless, featureless faces. Each sat on a pedestal, and above and behind it, on the wall, was a painting of that slender. Every single one was the same, both male and female. Which made me wonder,

How many were there, and do they still exist?

I continued down the hall, all the way to the front door. When I reached the end, the doorbell rang. It wasn't like you'd have expected, No screeches. No screams. No wails or shrieks or moans or anything ghostly or ghastly. Simply a bell. I beautiful chime, if you listened to it. I stood there for a moment, listening to the wonderful bell, and then watched as Slenderwoman (Or maybe I should call her Slenderaunt?) Appeared and opened the door. The next few moments were chaotic. The door opened, and an explosion of fire rocked the house and sent me reeling. I hit the wall, knocking down one of the paintings that hadn't fallen in the initial blast, and fell ontop of the bust below it. Fortunately, it broke my fall.

Unfortunately, knocked the wind out of me. I slid to the floor in pain. A crumbled mess of sweaty male teenager. I groaned and rolled over, and then gasped and rolled even faster again.

Crash!

Right where I had been laying, there was a burning ceiling beam. I looked down the hall to see SlenderMan chasing the arsonist down the hall. When I turned my head, I gasped and jumped up. Slenderaunt (Yes, even in a time of crisis, I still retain my sense of humor.) had collapsed. She lay on the ground, unmoving. I knelt next to her, sheilding as much of her as possible from the flames. "Are you okay? Speak to me!" I said. I began to get frantic, and then she moved. Barely, but she moved. She had debris all over her, and her face was covered in ash and smoke, staining the eerily beautiful blank face. "Find your mother." She said. "I won't leave you, not now." I replied, shielding her from a shower of bits and peices of flaming debris. "You must find her.."She repeated. "I'm not leaving." I stated. She sat up and held onto me for a moment, tears, (or sweat, I really couldn't tell.) trickling down her face. "Find Rebecka." Those were her final words before she threw me into the wall.
