Nope, that would be chaotic. Only the people who deserve them could choose the icon they want, and that should still be the mods.
YOU just want an icon. You want to be famous. Well, your not going to because everyone would have an icon.

Yes, I agree with YEAHBUDDYYM, it will be Chaotic and people will have like 5000x5000 Pixels next to their Names.
