Agreed.. I think one day is good time. Some users, like to flood chats and get banned for 10 mins, then they just wait, and continue talking like nothing happened. I also think everytime you are banned, a little of your respect should be decreased. +1

It's 10 minutes in order to suspend the flood until a moderator can verify, because it could easily be wrong sometimes. This is why it posts in every chat in order to call a moderator to the scene.

SomeLuigi is changing in 2015.
