Hello, Let me start by saying that im not originally the one who made this thread it was actually, ''mrmuffin'' or some of you might know him as ''Silverkun'' . He gave me permission to re-write his and make it better. Here is my revised version.

So what this is about is that mrmuffin and lots of other members of 3DSPlaza noticed moderators not warning and or banning users when they break the rules. Here is a list if commonly heard reasons of why this happens,

1.The moderator is friends with the user that is breaking the rules.

You don't see much of that. But it does happen.

Moving on to reason two,

2.The moderator is away from their DSi/3DS/PC.

Im pretty sure we've all seen this happen. The second the user breaks a rule you're expecting a mod to warn/ban him or her. But it dosen't happen, and the mod dosen't say anything.

Moving on to reason number three,

3.The mods are too lazy to handle it.

It happens, mods can be lazy. It almost never happens, okay it does happen but really?

Now Enough of this subject.

Moving on to mrmuffin's next, and final subject.

Really? Teasing the new users? We've all teased new users before, but think about how the new user feels, put yourself in their shoes. I think that's all that needs to be said.

There have already been several topics about moderators not doing their jobs right, which is actually false.
Most of the chat moderators are mostly away from their 3DS/PC as they do have other things to attend to for a short amount of time, but ban whatever user that broke multiple rules when they return.

Even if a moderator is in the chat room and doesn't act with whatever is happening, users can still take screenshots and report them to other active moderators.
Also, favoritism between a moderator and user (leading up to not warning/banning them) is forbidden.
You can go ahead and report that rule breaking user to another moderator, if the one in the current chat room does not take action.
