Fluidity: Spin Cycle will not support 3D.
pikarceus (2012-09-06 22:55:39)Fun Fact: A retail game that released last year, Shim Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, did not support 3D except for the opening cutscence.
@Nintendude-You're assuming the DS could run it. Retail DS game? Maybe. DSiware, not a chance with the 16MB size limit.
This is a Wiiware port, Wiiware games are usually larger and more graphically complex than DSiware games.
pikarceus (2012-09-06 22:57:53)Also, "classic old 2D" has benefits in many 3DS games. In most of the fighting games on 3DS, the framerate drops to annoyingly low levels. In 2D that is corrected. Also, most games do not support anti-aliasing in 3D mode.

Ron1212 (2012-09-06 23:24:32)This isn't a WiiWare port. @Pikarceus

pikarceus (2012-09-07 00:30:10)@Ron-Sorry, I misread sequel.
@Rene-Bomb Monkey, it doesn't support 3D because it requires you to turn the 3DS sideways, which would ruin the 3D.

One of the first games for 3DS that's not actually in 3D is revealed to be a popular WiiWare game's sequel. The reason it doesn't have 3D is because players would be turning their 3DS side to side, ruining the 3D affect.
