Helpdesk Staff Needed!

2. Yes, I know basic HTML. Links, headings, paragraphs, italics, bold, lines, images(kinda), simple tables(kinda)
3. Well, maybe the bot could randomly spout rules every half hour or so to keep people reminded. Also, would it be possible to make it be able to detect forum spam and ban the offender? Maybe you could give it JollyJokes functionality as well.
4. Drama? Just ignore/leave. I'm pretty bad at that, but that is the best way to deal with it.

3- Robdebot is like a calculator you could ask him a math problem and he will solve it! Robdebot is also like a dictionary, you could ask him for a fact!
4- To deal with n00bs, just ask them to stop and if that doesn't work, threaten to report them and...

2. I don't really know HTML. I probably only know BBcoding. Thats why I never make websites, heh.
3. From my personal looks at Robdebot, he is an online calculator. He can answer most questions. He may not be that smart, but he can answer intelligent questions. Robdebot also can ban, give warnings, and give detention.
4. To stop drama with n00bs, if there is a mod there, he should ban both for starting it. If there wasn't tell them politely to stop. If they continue, I would ask how it started and try to solve the situation.
