I didn't find anything in the direct to be interesting. Xenoblade Chronicles X is going to be garbage, Bill continues lying about Fire Emblem Fates, and Cloud is nothing to me.

Back on the NES, NoA said it was a no-no to depict religious symbols in games, especially crosses, which is why Devil World never released outside of Japan.
It's not like this is something new that the Western CEOs of Nintendo decide, even though I can agree that it's bull

Crush42 (2015-11-15 14:41:49)Not releasing a title overseas is very different from censorship, tho. Remember the original Legend Of Zelda games, complete with the cross shield? They weren't censored for the western release. As much as I hate the censorship in rereleases of OOT, at least they had some sort of good reason for some of it, and the changes were global. But censorship for the sake of protecting the eyes of gamers (who are mostly older teenagers/adults anyway, and have already played games like GTA5, Bayonetta or others, in the cases of Fatal Frame and Xenoblade Chronicles X) grinds my gears as much as region locking (which, when you think about it, is the most stubborn form of censorship ever devised).
