I think that Squirtle & Ivysaur and the Ice Climbers should be New 3DS/Wii U only.

If we bar out the possibility of newcomer DLC, the characters that come to mind are Squirtle and Ivysaur. The thing they've got going in their favor is that they are unique.

There are a lot more PSI attacks that Lucas and Ninten can use. If Lucas comes back, I want to see him have an original moveset.
