Ledge stalling isn't really a strategy that should be used in SSB4. It works somewhat with Wii Fit trainer forward special immediately after letting go of the ledge, and wall of pain works with Jiggs of course and meta knight somewhat, but vectoring kind of makes it impossible to chain these moves. Cides are still viable, if you're a stock ahead of course. I'll get into editing it again and adding more information over what I have.
