Yep. The app got copyright claimed by Nintendo (expected. thanks Nintendo). If any of you have the app, you are lucky, and get to keep it (do not delete, you can't download right now). The creator (Riley Testut) says on Twitter: "Well it's official, @NintendoAmerica has sent a DMCA Notice requesting GBA4iOSApp to be shut down."

And also says: "GBA4iOS will continue to function normally on your device, but new downloads will temporarily be suspended."

Most are bootlegs nowadays, and this was an iOS emulator. It's fun and you can put cheats on it. There's a good amount of features.

Cheats? I've seen no gamer using it.

I actually understand this because emulating games are pirating games, which piracy is against the law. Similar to the R4.

This is actually a good move. Pirating games is illegal, but also can screw up the economy.

They even say on the iOS CoolROM site not to download the ROMS, unless the downloader owns the cartridges.

There are many other GBA emulators to choose from. There's even sites. One of the many that's popular that I know that is not by or from Nintendo.
