Yes. There can be a full party for each person. Their main pokemon is going to be their companion though and the most seen. And there CAN be a description of the character. I meant to say that yesterday in this threads description but I suddenly had to do something and forgot about it.

The protagonist is just going to be a random guy that's isnt a forum user.

Description:
Given the task of completing the National Dex, starting in Kalos, he caught every Pokemon in the wild he hadn't caught yet. Professor Sycamore sent him to other regions, like Unova, to succeed in his mission to catch 'em all. He also has a close friend that lives in Sinnoh.

Appearance: White hair, silver eyes. She wears a white shirt and white jeans, and a glove on her right hand.

Personality: Helpful a lot in most situations but otherwise wants to spend time with Pokemon other than Humans.

Backstory: Ever since she caught her first Ralts, she was exited and ventured off to find better Pokemon and train. But along the way, the aggressive Mightyenas in her home region had her cornered and Ralts was too weak to fight. That's where Absol came in, chasing off the Mightyenas and becoming a life long friend.

I'll fit your Celebi into the plot somehow ( spoiler alert I guess ) and I was planning to have people catch pokemon. You won't have each one of the pokemon you've listed right at the beginning.

The reason for this is to give the characters some backstory and development. One way to give development is to show readers the relationship between the trainers companions, which are the pokemon.

For example, I might start you out with a charmelion in the story that is yet to evolve ( along with your main companion of course) .

However, I will have to make all of this fit with your role and the storyline. It'll take a while for your character to catch all of your pokemon.
