Hmm....Mine's either the first Devil may cry for ps2 or Fatal frame...I also like Anothercode:Journey into lost memories but Dragon quest is a great game aswell

Like stated above, I don't really have a favorite. There are too many gems to risk overlooking.

There is no way to judge a single favorite game. Different genres have different strengths and weaknesses and can be judged under different standards. Can you really compare a game like Animal Crossing to one like Street Fighter?
