This thread was most likely just a "I'm a good CM. See, I listen to the community." thread. Because it has a deadline, and requires new evidence.


So basically, this is saying that all Kira has to do is behave for 30 days and then she can turn back into her regular old self.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but take it easy man. Nate isn't doing anything wrong. There exists a chatroom community here outside the forums full of people who want bellamy to stay a moderator. By listning to the 3dsplaza community, he is acknowledging the opinions of people in both the chatrooms and the forums.

You seem to think that Nate made this thread to defend his own decisions, but that clearly isn't the case. He is helping us all by making this thread. Nate, although he is the CM is not the person we should all be pointing our little fingers at every time something is wrong in this website. The blame should not be going towards him for kiras behavior.

Incorrect. There's the opposing opinions regarding bellamy that the chatroom users have. Do you think they won't need to hear a decent reason for kiras demotion? Do you think they will sit by and be like "hm. Ok. It's Nates decision so I should respect it even if I disagree with it."

If that's what you're expecting from them, I'm sorry to say this but that makes you a hypocrite. View my comment a couple pages back. The website won't fall apart just because of one imperfect moderator. Also, no matter what decision Nate makes, the community will never be satisfied. He will get hated regardless. Knowing that alone, that should be enough for all of us to let go of his balls and calm down.

The way I see it, the reason he isn't demoting bellamy, overall is because he is extremely UNbiased.

The community may very well be unsatisfied. But I will be satisfied. That most likely is the case with the vast majority of other users too.

I would see what you mean if Nait said a single word about Kira being a terrible moderator. But all he has done is state why Kira is not a bad moderator, and I find it coincidental that this makes a nice get out of jail free card for Nait and Kira. They are obvious buddies, and Nait obviously possesses a large amount of bias towards her. If you have any evidence to suggest otherwise, you may present it immediately.

You seem to know a lot about everyones motivations behind everything everyone says. If you have any evidence to suggest that you are right about Nate being biased for the reasons you've stated, you may present it immediately.

Nate never said that kira doesn't have any bad traits and he's even willing to demote her if he is presented wuth valid evidence. That's all it takes. If you're that impatient about it then you are clearly letting your anger get the best of you. Nate is not the bad guy at all here. You're not thinking rationally. Calm down and think about what you're saying. (Try not to misinterpret this as an insult)

Edit: I forgot to ad this;
the vast majority isn't the forums. There are many chatroom users just like there are a lot of forum members. You may not know of the existence of a lot of the chatroom users, the one's you've never seen before, but they exist and they do have opinions that differ from ours. We can't just say "no, screw those guys. Our opinions are superior to theirs."

There's more than just the part of the forums and part of the chat, carlos.

I don't think any mod is necessarily bad at the moment, otherwise, I would of demoted them by now. I do see some mods who needs a little work, but not demotion yet. I cannot just say "Oh. You made a mistake. *demotes mod* *promotes another*" that would end up in an endless cycle (like I stated previously in this thread). All or mosts moderators at least made a mistake once, minor or major, they just need to get some guidance, if even needed.

You know I've been everywhere on this website, Nate. From what I've observed, there are two groups- one that is for the demotion and another that is neutral. There is a for, but there is no against. I see myself as a responsible moderate more than a radical, so I'm neutral.

And we know you're friends with her. That's fine, but you have to acknowledge that you're one of the only people that is against her demotion.

While carlos11 isn't wrong, I think Nates motives are to help the mods learn to control themselves and think rationally rather than to just give up on them and have them demoted.Kira is a perfect example of a mod who could use some work. When it comes to learning not to be so self centered, kira may or may not have potential.

I am quite surprised that you are taking Nait's side, Antichrist. When every argument Carlos, Jason and I have made were completely spot on, in perfect observation, and agreed on by the vast majority of other users. And you usually agree with me on these matters.
