I picked it up yesterday, and here is what I think:
Smash 4 3DS is the best Smash game yet.

Lol, Robbie does act like that retarded 5 year old. (That kid goes crazy on his videos. DX)

And it is the best Smash Bros. to date. Plenty of things to do: lots of unlocking movesets, better online, more online features, slightly better AI (artificial intelligence) on computers, fight on the go, 51 playable characters. With Miis, now I can have MewTwo in Smash.

And it does run 60fps in 3D and 2D.

Ok, honestly, this is the best Smash yet. If you're sticking to melee or brawl, man, you're missing out.

Good news, imagine how good the Wii U version will be if Lord Sakurai managed to do this with the 3DS version.

I think a lot of people here don't realize how outdated the 3DS hardware is. The fact that they got Smash running, with four players, in 3D, at 60fps is nothing short of a miracle.

And no DUH, the Wii U can do better textures. Wii U vs 3DS is like PS2 vs PS3. Seriously, compare the Battlefield stages. Wii U version has swaying grass and blowing flags, 3DS version is mostly static. Also, the shadows on the 3DS version are just circles.

^And does it really matter? Does it affect gameplay? Of course the Wii U version will be the best, but it is pretty amazing that the 3DS can handle Smash Bros.

Seriously, if you're going to be a graphics , go complain somewhere else.

Calm yourself son. Someone is way too sensitive when it comes to graphics. Go and play SSB on the N64 if you think they don't matter.

Of course they're gonna be crap because it's a game from 1999. They didn't have the technology to make HD graphics.

At my school, they have a N64 with Smash, and we still had fun. Sure, it didn't age well, but that didn't stop the fun of it.

There ya go. Also, neither Melee, Brawl, or 3DS are HD...

But on topic, I like Melee more simply because of the tighter combat. That being said, Brawl is a better party game.

^A game with good graphics doesn't mean it's gonna be a good game. And that's not the case on just Nintendo platforms, it's in all platforms.

PlayStation's Little Big Planet may not look realistic like other games, but the game is fun to play.

Team Fortress 2 looks cartoonish with bright and colorful graphics. It's a FPS that doesn't have the monochromatic graphics still plays like charm.

A game doesn't need to have hyper-realistic graphics to make a good game. Look at The Bind of Isaac. The art looks like a kid made the art, but game plays amazing.
