Pokemon needs more characters, and has Sceptile, which is very relevant.

All Mario has is Captain Toad, but he's already in the game.

Fire Emblem and Pokemon do not need more representation. That would overrepresent those franchises.

Lol FE does not deserve more than two reps. It's nowhere near as popular as the likes of Mario Pokemon and Zelda, therefore it shouldn't have nearly as many reps as those franchises.
Pokemon getting another rep is passable because of the roster size and because there's actually viable characters waiting in line.
