I do know that the Wii U version is gonna be the superior version in terms of graphics, controls, and content.

But the fact that we're finally getting a portable Smash Bros. and you guys are being ungrateful. Sakurai works his ass off every day for him to deliver the ultimate Smash experience to us, and you guys are already rejecting his game. It has been delayed, for God's sake! He works so hard on that game and you guys are being [REMOVED] to him.

You so called "Smash fans". Pathetic.

HAND held consoles are terrible, the Wii SSB melee is easier has a story that people can play it beats just beating people up endlessly online

Wow, so much butthurt in this thread. Yeah, there is more to do in Brawl, but the floatiness gets old real fast. Plus tripping. Melee is a lot more enjoyable to actually play, aside from all the stupid clones.

And everyone hating on the 3DS version is sad, sad, sad. YouTube vids don't do it justice, on the actual screen and in motion it looks leagues better than Melee. Controls are fine too. If you were able to play Brawl with a Wiimote you shouldn't have any problems with this. If I wanted to, I could buy several Wii U's, however I don't have enough motivation atm the make shelf-space for it, with two other systems I don't want to unplug, plus all my parent's crap.

Guys, stop using the "you're too poor for a Wii U so that's why you think the 3DS version is good". I own a Wii U, and I honestly think the 3DS version holds up on its own against the likes of Melee and Brawl. People have their own opinions, STOP insulting them for it. It makes you look like a jerk.

It's most obvious that the Super Smash Brothers games are superior on the consoles. However, the 3DS port of Super Smash Brothers 4 is rather impressive. It pushes the brim on the 3DS handheld, while still maintaining a decent frame rate. I'm not sure if you know this, but the 3DS handles textures terribly compared to the Wii.

^Pretty much the only bad thing about Smash for 3DS is the graphics (and maybe the small screen) Ignore those two things, you've got a game superior game than Smash.
