And even more Pokemon are overused.

Everyone just uses there most OP, Uber whatever the hell you call now a days its pretty sad almost everyone in the pokemon world cares about winning, kind of reminds me of Call of Duty people.

Make one parent hold an everstone when breeding. That will make the hatched pokemon have the same nature as that parent. Have the other parent hold a destiny knot. That will increase the chance of perfect EVs. The more perfect EVs the parent has, the more perfect EVs the child will have.

That's not true.

Like I said, EVs and IVs have existed in the core Pokemon games since the very first generation. Check Bulbapedia or serebii. Or play the games.

DVs were introduced in Gen 2 and were renamed IVs later, and EVs were introduced in Gen 3.
