OK, first, iPod 3 is going to be slightly better, due to it being a smart device. No duh. BUT. The 3DS actually comes in close.

If it was possible, because Nintendo do not know how supply and demand works. I didn't even get my Charizard I pre-ordered (yet. My local store will give me a call if they get any) and no stores near me got Ness. I nearly got a Ness from Argos but they sold out very quickly.
Nintendo UK's marketing boss did say they would try to meet the demand, even though there is little demand over here to begin with. ZSS, Ganondorf, Dark Pit and Palutena are still on GAME.
