Sceptile is a grass type starter Pokemon featured in the third generation Hoenn Pokemon game remakes, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. He received a mega evolution and is the most viable Pokemon character for smash, now that Mewtwo is in.

Sceptile has a lot more potential for a moveset than most characters being suggested. I don't need to give you a moveset because I'd just be wasting my time since a lot of people already have great movesets for him. If you don't see his Smash potential, you're blind.
