Weeks passed. It seemed as though Shane couldn't leave the game. Nobody could... millions of players stuck. Shane began getting used to his new body and powers, and the game-makers began applying more updates as usual.

The next couple of episodes will just be short stories about the game, game makers, and such. Just for entertainment. Thanks a ton for the support of those who are or aren't commenting. Please leave any input you see fit!

Since these are just to pass the time, I guess it's okay for some 3rd person omni-whatever again. Take it away author!

Shane and his crew obtained a small ship. Custom designed, the front of it was shaped like a turtles head rather than just a point. Aaron told Gia to "go nuts" so she did. After getting help from the entire crew (of two other people) the ship was basically redone. They plundered from a futuristic island and got enough supplies for their ship to have the power to rule the seas. It was named "The Level Summer" although I and Shane will never call it such. Me, being fully aware of everything they'll come across, have a full list of the ships capabilities.

List

-Can harness anti gravity specs and essentially fly.
-Engine allows movement.
-AI deploys forcefield when in battle, and when going underwater.
-Imported Woodurable is 80 times sturdier than steel, with the density of wood. If broken will immediately grow back into original shape.
-Laser cannons, 5 second cooldown. Useful for heating cold food, as well as attacking enemies. Requires double A batteries.
-EZ board pirate tech from the black market.
-Several other things that I'm sure will come in handy later.

"I'm SOOOO HUNGRY!" Shane says, "PLEASE WE NEED A CHEF!". He complains alot, and pushes the ship into overdrive.

This is pretty fast! Ooh, a green button! If my videogame education has taught me anything, no bad could come from green buttons!

PRESS!

The turtles mouth opened, and it sucked in air and any unfortunate animals that happened to be in the way of the moving ship, then closed it's mouth.

Gia rushed to the deck, and peeked through a door.
"WAIT!" She shot a beam from her gun that pulled in Shane. He flew into the room.

Gia: That was close... WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Shane:I was finding a chef...

Gia: No. You pressed the air pulse button! I was testing our surveillance room out, and noticed something wrong. I told Jasmin to make sure you wouldn't drive until I taught you how!

Shane: Well what happened?

Gia shot Shane towards the door and he burst through, with the wooden door just regrowing to fix itself.

Shane took a glance around. The ship was soaring into the air, gliders on either side. The turtle head at the front changed to form an eagles head. The ship gently touched down onto the water and it's original form took place. Shane was amazed at Gia's tech skills. Jasmin suddenly crashed-landed on Shane.

Jasmin: OW! What just happened!?! I was just minding my own business when the ship flew into the air. If I hadn't threw a grappling chain at the back, I'd probably be way back there!"

Shane informed her of the amazing ship and how it flew and stuff. They neared another futuristic island. Suddenly Shane smiled. This meant food for him. He leaped off of the ship and inhaled a lot of air. Being made of rubber, he inflated. He released the air and flew way ahead of the ship towards the island. Gia appeared on top deck.

Gia: He's crazy...

Jasmin: You can't judge...

They had a great laugh and set off to find Shane in the great island. Gia needed a map, and a silent AI interface. Shane requested silent...

Into the Air! Shane flies through the air and lands in a fountain, splashing nearby users. He gets up and the futuristic setting begins to set in on him. He hated the futuristic settings, because there were too many restrictions. Shane gets up and uses a technique in which he sets his SF energy around him, allowing him to feel anything within the dome it creates. After a couple of seconds, objects began passing through and it was effortless.
This only goes for 30 feet
Shane reminds himself silently.

Turning around a police droid rushes towards him. Police droids are shaped like bald people with their veins outlined in red. At the heart is the main core, a device that sends energy pulsing throughout the droid. Aaron binds his rubber fingers and pulls, creating a net. After catching the droid he pulls in inwards towards the fountain. Sparks light up and Shane is startled. Rubber men don't really get shocked...

Shane decided to set off for food. Sprinting through the city was actually kinda fun. A group of freerunners decided to follow him, thanks to his movements. He began scaling a building. All freerunners but one still followed. On the building, police droids spawned and stopped Shane in his tracks. The freerunner ran and flipped through the air before kicking one through the air. The droid shot at him, but he somehow saw it coming and moved slightly allowing it to barely miss. He runs forwards and punches it, sending his hand through the energy core and yanks it out. Afterwards 15 police droids spawn around him. The freerunner smiles.

Shane: NOO! I'll help yo-

Mystery freerunner: You seem ready. Let me show you the power of your aura.

His pupils shift to a thin black circle with a white dot in the center. All police droids pause, and their veins color completely shut down. They fall back, then despawn. Then 3 more appear directly behind him. These ones were the boss droids, indicated by their laser katanas, superior height, and killer abs. The mystery freerunner closes his eyes and they swing their laser swords. He swiftly dodges all attacks and then palms one, completely severing its chest. Then dodges an attack by the other by ducking. He grabs it's foot and swings it at the last one, then throws it in the air.

"My name is Yashua."

Shane: Woah... that's sick!

Yashua: Yeah... little bit. It's easy once you unlock your Aura.

Shane: Aura? I don't get it.

Yashua: Yeah. Aura. It starts off as an invisible growth that's not very strong. Then quickly evolves into several limbs. They're unseen, unless you don't want them to be. When visible, they're stronger.


Suddenly a black tentacle-ish growth appears on on his back. It surrounded his body completely.

Yashua: Cool fact, if someone elses hits yours, it becomes visible.

His black tentacle darts towards Shane's chest and a large green sphere seemed to reveal itself. It was his SF... it was visible... only he felt even more powerful.

Yashua: Here, relax. They're retractable.

Shane took a deep breath in and the sphere returned to it's original position around his limbs. then they sunk in.

Yashua: This way you're more powerful. You can do more, and even send out streams of your aura.

Shane: What about that stuff witn your eyes closed?

Yashua: That was another technique. I'm sure we'll meet again, but first I must make sure you're ready.

He slashes at Shane with his visible Aura. It forms a sharp blade, and Shane bends back completely. His rubber like flexibility is something special. Suddenly he feels his consciousness slip slightly.

Yashua is doing that eye thing! I'm not that weak!

Shane launches a punch at him and Yashua dodges it easily, then launches sharp Aura attack. Shane sends his out and catches the blade with his Aura. Then Yashua palms Shane's face sending it flying back. Well Shane is a rubber man. Being made of rubber has its perks. His head begins flying back into place and Shane uses the forward momentum to launch a devastating headbutt at his completely flabbergasted opponent. Yashua completely takes the hit, then grabs Shanes leg with his Aura, swings him around, and launches him off of the tower.

Yashua: I look forward to our next meeting! You have much to learn!

Shane lands in front of an average sized cafe, then suddenly more police droids spawn. An energy pulse hits one in the back, and pauses afterwards. It sweeps left and right taking out the rest before completely dissolving. Then the bosses spawn. In an instant they are cut to pieces.

Jasmin and Gia slowly walk towards a completely shocked Shaun... they've learned new techniques too! This was great...

Wait... FOOD!

He charges into the cafe.

FOOD!

Gia kept walking forward, as Jasmin and Shane entered the cafe. She decided that she wasn't very hungry. She threw out a rough notepad.

To do list:
Pimp out the ship
Food
Blueprint sheets
Work Table
Furniture
Police Droid core
-Programming code
-Data chips
-Regular Chips
-STAY ALIVE

She and Jasmin spent the whole day walking through the town checking off random items. Though there were many challenges, she felt comfortable she could handle the rest. After putting the schematic of a simple storage deck unit she gave her gun the modifications needed for storing non organic matter as data, then releasing it as it originally was. After that she intended to make a pirate crew. A crew modeled after the police droids. Well she would modify them to have different jobs around the ship, and develop AI for them. Other than that she had plans on making them look the same but... maybe a color that wasn't red... blue seemed like a better choice.



(I'll actually edit the rest in later on, I'm tired. I also decided to focus on Gia in this part.)

Gia decided to head towards the directory. She looked at the map of town, and couldn't really find anything good. If she could manage to find some data chips, she'd be in the clear. After deciding to head for the police station, she set off.

Gia arrived at the police station, a large fortress surrounded by a massive forcefield. A nearby truck stopped at a red light. Looks like it was headed for the station, so she hopped into the back. Once inside, she hopped out and ran to the side of the station. What she needed was an entrance!

Above her was an air vent. She grappled in, and sat for several minutes. Not because she was tired, but because there was a large fan spinning at dangerously high speeds. She shot it with an energy blast from her gun, and quickly passed through. It re-materialized behind her.

Just as I thought...

Gia climbed through the ventilation system until she heard really scientific talk. Then she shot underneath her and landed on the ground, and scientists below. An alarm sounded, and she knew that meant she'd have to hurry. She ran around the room until she saw the blueprints labeled "Droid- V 8.2"
She took it and then had to find some data chips. Suddenly she saw several large stacks. She only needed 50 but there were hundreds. Gia sprinted towards the data chips, but ended up being halted by several Police droids. She shot energy pulses at them, and they flew at the wall with a thud, exploded and their pieces de-spawned. She used her guns storage deck to store the data chips. Then she stored the blueprints and ran from the room. Only thing left now were regular potato chips.

"Hey! Gia! Over here!" she heard from a familiar voice, "How'd you end up here?"
She turned to see Shane running towards her.
"I'm getting supplies... how about you?"
"Well I couldn't pay for our food... so we kinda ran. Only at the time I was too bloated to fit out of the door. Rubber stretches too much. I got a bounty though!"
"Oh!" Gia replied, "Cool! I'll follow you for a little bit okay captain!"

Shane nodded and Gia followed him informing him of her next target. He knew exactly where to find them. They turned a series of corners, and went deeper into the police fortress. They ended up at a vault. Shane spent 2 minutes prying it open, during which time Gia was guarding him. They entered the vault. Money all around, except for in the very center. A dormant security droid activated, and sprinted forwards. This one was clearly a juggernaut, it had guns fit for a tank, and it was huge. Gia dodged but Shane... not so much.

He was hit but the droid kept running through several walls of the fortress. Gia quickly noticed a small chest. She approached it and smashed it with the front of her gun. A currency card and... a bag of chips! Yes! She took both and began her stroll out of the fortress, using the holes left in the wall by Shane and that huge droid as doorways. It lead outside where she saw Shane punch the large droid out of sight. A large power core fell out of it. Gia put it in the storage deck and they set off.

Back on the ship Gia spent all day in her room, which she had converted to a lab, making the ships crew. Well the non important members at least. The AI would wander around doing random jobs on the ship, only once done they would be able to do whatever they wanted until they needed use again.

They walked around semi-dormantly for several minutes, but then started actually working. It was a success! They had been programmed to run advanced ship techniques so that the crew could get the most out of their ship. Great! Now they moved on from the futuristic island and set off... to the sea!

(Now I'll progress the story back in first person! Big plans...
