Half of the things that I don't continue are discontinued simply because I don't want to deal with the unnecessary hate. I mean why not just say "Cool." Or "Hope everything works out. Would be awesome if this was a thing." And kind of give me encouragement and a reason to pursue it rather than squandering what little self esteem I have, which is the only thing fueling my apparently feeble attempts to please you. If you think this is a good idea, why not say you think its a good idea instead of immediately saying the single most negative thing you could think of?
Believe it or not I don't like the things I do. I feel unhappy about most things I attempt to show you. Because people like you do nothing but tell me I'm not worthwhile at all. I'm attempting to please you, David. Do you want to be pleased? Do you want to be happy? What am I doing wrong? Help me figure out what I can do to be a decent human being in your eyes and maybe I would be able to. I'm not a horrible person. I just want to give everybody something they like. If I'm not doing that correctly, please at least tell me how to fix it.

Despite what you guys believe, I'm not doing this just to better my image. Or for the fun of it. I just want to make something you guys can be happy with.

Everyone was pretty happy with your demo, Levi...at least, that's what it seemed like. I think the fact that some people have been asking for more is proof enough that we enjoyed it.
There's always gonna be haters. Why should the people who actually enjoy what you make suffer just because some little kid has a bad attitude?
