Ganondorf. He's at the bottom tier too. But I still like him. Also, DeDeDe seems underrated.

He has a great move set, and when used correctly is almost OP. People just don't realize how good he really is; Basically, very unique

R.O.B. is very overrated IMO. If we're talking about Project M R.O.B. (a mod for SSB

then not so overrated.
